Offshore Bank Account Openings

This means you can have either both cards included or just one of them according to your needs. The minimum opening deposit for the bank account is $1100 plus $100 minimum load for each card. Personal accounts do not offer the same anonymity features as an account in the name of a company or a foundation simply because every wire transfer in or payment out is going to have your personal name on the wire document.
